This brewery is a hidden gem. The employees were incredibly friendly knowledgeable about the products. Ask for plastic cups if you're walking around on the magnificent property. Up top, there are chair, string lights over looking the falls, and a few steps down to a patio. There are chairs and a firepit on the other side of the building near the beginning of the trails. Follow the trails down to a pavillion (available for private events), picnic tables, yard games (horse shoes, giant checkers, etc..), the water fall, a small beer shack with several taps if you need a refill, several trails, and a giant firepit. Inside the cobblehaus, hand blown glass is on display and you might even catch a demonstration. Read up on the rich history of this property. Board games are available. Food truck may be on site. Check Facebook or their website for their events. We went on a Saturday afternoon. When we first got there it wasn't too busy, but it was packed shortly afterwards. Everyone was having a great time. FYI Parking lot is back in only.

I have heard many good things about this location and today afforded me the time and proximity to stop and try a flight of what was available. Doug and Kara were working, and I must say that they are definitely keepers. Their ability to welcome me in and make me feel as if I was a regular and not a first time visitor is to be commended. I will definitely make a trip back in the summer so that I can enjoy the outdoor spaces, which I am sure are beautiful. A must stop for German style beer and great employees. Thank you, Kara and Doug!!

This place is truly a gem! I’ve been told a couple times about how awesome this place is but I finally go around to visiting this beautiful brewery. The service was great and the bartenders were very personable and friendly. I was impressed with their beer offerings as well. The grounds and the waterfalls were truly amazing and of course, adds to how magnificent this brewery was. One suggestion I have for this place is to keep their online menu updated because online they didn’t mention they had a cranberry sour but they did indeed have it on tap. Many people such as me are sour fans and would’ve indeed got there sooner had I known they offered it. Another would be to offer merch with the falls on it, just like the one the lady bartender was wearing. I liked the place so much I grabbed several crowlers, and merch to include apparel and stickers!

Stopped for a drink with some friends. I ordered the cucumber lemonade vodka. Boy, that was a tasty beverage!!! We had a blast. This property is beautiful. Definitely go on a decent day to experience the outdoors. I’d also recommend wearing shoes to get down to the falls… it’s a gravel walkway. They also over a ride down via a side by side.

Ive only seen Leesburg falls from the SGL but the Cobblehaus has certainly done its best to feature the beautiful area and falls, with the string lights and gravel/mulch trails. and keeping the seating area back from the falls, to ensure the preservation of nature some good selections on tap, the live music was wonderful! next time we plan to come for a band and food truck! cannot wait to come back!

This place is beautiful, just stunning. There was plenty of seating inside and outside, including right over at the waterfall. Heck, you can take your shoes off and get in the water while you have your beer if you want. The beer itself was solid, with some underrepresented styles here in the Americas for sure. I got a Belgian Tripel, and it was a nice change of pace. They also had a food truck there, but we did not partake. Our beertender Clarissa was really nice, and let us try several options. She was also able to describe the styles and the variations they had on tap.

Spacious and beautiful scenery. I look forward to coming back when the weather is nicer so we can sit outside, however, the interior of the Haus was very rustic with large picture windows. Ohh, beer was great too!

While in the general area I happened upon this place. Super glad we did The beers are the star. The falls are a very close second. It's a very special place. Board games galore. Set up for conversation like a good brewery should. No big screens, no band ( I'm sure there are bands at times and that's fine), just great beer and a wonderful atmosphere with a wonderful view.
